In this 6 week program, athletes will learn about the sport of cross country and distance running. In addition, athletes can expect to learn the following: Build endurance for distance running Proper stretching techniques & running form Workouts that will help athletes achieve their running/racing goals
*MUST WEAR PROPER RUNNING SHOES AND BRING WATER BOTTLES WITH NAMES ON THEM* This is a great way for kids to stay in shape for Fall, Winter and Spring sports. Most of all, kids will learn that running and being active and healthy can be fun! Grades 4th - 8th
