Interval Training: September 23, 2021—November 11, 2021 $65 Wall Residents - $75 Non-residents
This 8-week session of light Cardio with intervals of strength training is a perfect starting point for students age 55 and older. No matter if you are just starting your fitness program, recovering from an injury, overcoming a gap in your exercise or you simply prefer the benefits of interval training. THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU!
Interval Training will consist of warm-ups, 15 minute intervals of cardio weight training for strength and then winds down with stretching. THIS WILL ALL BE DONE AT YOUR OWN PACE Recreation will provide 1 1/2 & 2lb hand weights if needed
Thursdays from 9:30a—10:30a in the Community Room September 23—November 11
Residents: $65 per person Non-Residents: $75 per person
