Wall Township operates under the township form of municipal government. The Township Committee, which is the Governing Body, consists of 5 members elected at-large for 3-year, overlapping terms. At the annual reorganization meeting, the Township Committee selects a Mayor and Deputy Mayor. This five-member Committee is empowered to enact local ordinances, to levy municipal taxes and conduct the affairs of this community.

Executive Meetings of the Township Committee are on 2nd Wednesday of each month, beginning at 7:00 P.M.
They are held in the lower level executive conference room 2700 Allaire Road, Wall NJ 07719
Regular Public Business Meetings of the Township Committee are held on the 4th Wednesday of each month.
The workshop portion of the meeting begins at 7:00 P.M. and the public business meeting begins at 7:30 P.M.
